It looks like holiday shoppers were out in full force this November!
Retail sales in the U.S. jumped 0.7% compared to October, beating forecasts of a 0.5% rise and showing a solid start to the holiday shopping season. Even better, October’s numbers were revised up to 0.5%, so it’s clear that consumers are keeping their wallets open.
